I Had A Follow Up MRI 11/13 To Check For

I had a follow up MRI 11/13 to check for changes to the lesions found on the first MRI. The nurse called and said a few new spots had showed up, and she said they were caused from restricted blood flow to my brain, sometime since the last MRI. Could something like this be related to MS? Are there other things that could cause that?
