I Had A Foot Op Last July Which Resulted In

I had a foot op last July which resulted in couple of infections. I keep having dizzy spells and heart racing since op and been very tired Over past month I started with hair loss but assumed it was from operation. As precaution I had bloods checked in case lacking in something. Results have come back as high in b12 , folic acid and Heamoglobin. I'm a 49 year old female who is good weight and exercised regularly. Non smoker or drinker. Before bloods doctors told me to wait 9 months post op as still recovering.
