I Had A Full Thyroidectomy Feb 2015. & A High

I had a full thyroidectomy feb 2015. & a high dose of radiation after. I'm not good at taking my thyroid replacement and have been off it for about a month. Once I go this long, my digestion slows and I don't poop for a long time or get hungry. then I'll get a small yeast infection and have a painful lump near my vagina. I'm clear of STDs. Is this a connection? Just a side effect of not having my replacement hormone??
