I Had A Fundoplication October Last Year And In The

I had a fundoplication October last year and in the last couple of days have had Oral thrush and severe regurgitation. Has something happened to my Oesophagus or stomach again. Last year my stomach was up in my chest cavity through a Hiatus Hernia. Also have a burning in my midsection. I have been under a lot of stress in the past two weeks. Has something happened again?
