I Had A Fusion At L-4 And 5 And I

I had a fusion at L-4 and 5 and I just learned from a cat scan that the L4 right side was being impinged from the screw. The Dr. didn't make sure the screw was in a hole he drilled. now I'm having new problems on the right side from my waist down. Can this be fixed with removal of the screw and moved?
