I Had A Glue On Nail Pop Off Such Caused

I had a glue on nail pop off such caused my nail to bend back and leave a bruise/blood under it. It's been fine for a couple of days but now it's very painful and I can feel my heart beating In my finger. I put hydrogen peroxide and a band aid but it seems to get worse, what should I do?
