I Had A Grand Mall Seizure A Month And A

I had a grand mall seizure a month and a half ago. I had a huge lump on my head from falling. The was no fracture. I still have a very hard small lump with no hair growing from it and a small dent in the middle of it. Should I be worried? Will the lump eventually go away and hair grow again?
