I Had A Hard Bowel Movement. After That & Still

I had a hard bowel movement. After that & still now, I'm urinating alot & when I do it feels like a slip of diarrhea comes, however, it's blood in the bottom of the commode & toilet paper. Bright red.
My stomach is cramping & back, too. I am on coumadin-5mg daily. My pt/inr have been running a little low. What should I do?
