I Had A Hard Red Bump Come Up Ont Thumb

I had a hard red bump come up ont thumb tonight and I onlynoticed it because it was so sore. It's reddish purple. My husband said it was a blister and put a pin in it. It drained a clearish blood tinged It's been 3 hrs and I can still squeeze out the same. It's like the blister is filling back up. Still very sore. I say blister but it looks like a blood blister. It's not clear. It's hard.
