I Had A Head On Car Accident Last Year...other Than

I had a head on car accident last year...other than structural (back/neck etc) pain . Bleeding from the bowel head pressure unexplainable as food reaches a section of my colon ( relieved only by moving bowel),an infection i.e bringing up yukky mucus,racing heart,anxiety,tired fainting,dizzie,breathless. Can you format my condition into explainable medical terms - in relation to dislodged bowel and vegus nerve damage please..and the correct medical tests that will verify this.Thankyou so much because I am not being taken seriously..everyday has been debilitating.
