I Had A Heart Ablation Done At The End Of

I had a heart ablation done at the end of Nov. 2015. Atrial fib, non valve problem. Was put on Tikosyn 6 wks prior & just recently taken off. Also taking Diltiazem, Xarelto & 1 baby aspirin currently. I wd like to start taking curcumin SR. As I previously had taken this for occasional joint infoccasiona from exercising. My knees & wrists have started to really bother me but never before this badly. Afraid to take anything because of the xarelto. Can I take curcumin?
