I Had A Heart Attack Mar. 25, 2016-heart Cath. And

I had a heart attack Mar. 25, 2016-heart cath. and three stints put in Mar. 26. Now in a nursing home, getting my strength back and taking a long list of meds. My usual med. is Levothyroxin (taken for years). New list - Atorvastatin, carvedilol, clopidogrel, furosemide, isosorbide mononitrate, lisinopril. My question is-how do I get off some of these meds. when I get out of the nursing home?
