I Had A Heart Attack In 2011 I Am 34

I had a heart attack in 2011 i am 34 yrs old. the doc had me on all sorts of pills that i havent taken in over a year now. i have been working out sense then but recently i have been having trouble taking a full breath and my chest feels a little tight and i feel like im full all the time even when i havent had anything to eat. my resting heart rate is over 100 the last few times i have taken it. like from 101 to 108. recently i feel tired often as well by blood pressure is good 106/76 are these signs i should be worried about something
