I Had A Heart Attack In 2014, Another In 2015

I had a heart attack in 2014, another in 2015 and a third in 2016. I had stints installed in all three episodes. Since the last attack, I have been easily tired out, upon any exercise I get chest pains. Is this common and what should I do about it. I am taking Plavix and a baby aspirin daily.
