I had a heart attack in dec last year and since then im doing all the right things my blood pressure is perfect my weight is perfect I exercise and my stress test was great coming in at 14mets so I went for a enjection fraction test and came in at 39 Im disappointed will it get better in time or is there permitted damage there.Im on pills that slow my heart down and blood thinners is there anything else i should be doing.
