I Had A Heart Attack Over A Year Ago And

I had a heart attack over a year ago and had 2 stents. I had a heart catherization 1 month ago and had another stent and a balloon done. I have been on meloxicam for several years now for my arthritis when I had my heart attack I continue to take the medication now after I had another stint put in they're telling me not to take it. The pain out of heaven from the inflammation is just killing me for crippling me. my question is can I take the meloxicam
