I Had A Heart Stent 2 Years Ago And Was

I had a heart stent 2 years ago and was told tat that that time I had another blockage of 50%. No I am having chest tightness some times short of breathe and yesterday I had a sharp pain in between my shoulders. I have a heart cath scheduled April 29. My family keeps after me to go to ER but I don't want to jump to that if not needed. Whats your thoughts
