I Had A Heart Valve Replacement In Dec 2017. I

I had a heart valve replacement in Dec 2017. I did not see anything in the video about how to treat poison ivy regarding heart valve replacements. Can I assume, everything is the same? I ask because I didn't know I could not go to the dentist without having taken medicine in advance. Now, I try to find out ASAP if something could affect the replaced heart valve. Thanks
