I Had A Heavy Discharge.. Its Very Smelly..last Time I

I had a heavy discharge..
Its very smelly..last time I went to my OB she said there's nothing to worry about.it is an infection only...after my medication taking klindex its getting better.the smelly discharge is gone..but after 1 month,I had a smelly discharge again.....by the way I have IUD..
What do you think doc..its because the IUD?
