I Had A Herpetic Wardlow Show Up On My Left

I had a herpetic wardlow show up on my left foot back in 2013. Treated with 10 days antiviral. I was sick for 6 months. Horrible muscle twitching, flu like symptoms, extreme fatigue ,... My symptoms did subside finally, never knew if it was actually shingles with a post viral syndrome or EBV. I have felt great the last 2 1/2 years now my symptoms are back. Is this probable an EBV reactivation?
