I Had A Hiatal Hernia Repair 5 Weeks Ago. This

I had a hiatal hernia repair 5 weeks ago. This surgery was a revision of the same surgery 6 years ago. I have had problems with stomach and bowl since. I don't use my pain medication now. I haven't had a bowl for 3 days now and am feel full with some pain. I have used a glisterine suppository. First attempt to have a bowl movement, about two hours ago, the little bit that came had bright red blood. I tried about 45 minutes later I tried again to have a bowl movement was just a bit of dripping bright red blood. I did insert another suppository and am resting now. I don't have active hemmeroids at this time.
