I Had A Hip Replacement In 2006. I Started Having

I had a hip replacement in 2006. I started having physical problems, which started about 6 months after. I would experience severe pain in my arms and legs which would happen periodically then go away. Twice between 2009 and 2011 my right arm severely swelled and was extremely red, I also developed 6 skin lesions, in 2013 I was hospitalized due to pain in my legs and arms, I could not walk or stand. They could not find out what was wrong and put me on gout medicine. I found that the shell in my hip replacement was on recall due to staphylococcus found in plant where it was manufactured. I had it replaced and have not had problems since. Could this have been a staph infection. I have concerns of any possible long term effects. Thank you!
