I Had A Horrible Flu 2 Weeks Ago Fever Chills

I had a horrible flu 2 weeks ago fever chills sinus headache..I had to get back to work and last week as I was running errands got caught in a rain storm my feet got wet chest and freezing wind. Next say my chest was seer tight went through Saturday felt exhausted and sick then Sunday and Monday stayed sleep. I'm so exhausted and it feels hard to breath but no runny nose or caught or fever just chest is tight and little sharp pains in lungs and upper arms timgle....maybe not enough air getting there?...the lung pain is on both sides it gets worse when I'm up for long periods of time...:/ please help!
