I Had A Horse Accident Two Weeks Ago And It

I had a horse accident two weeks ago and it stepped on my leg below my knee. Had ex rays that day no broken bones just a large contusion. The bruise has gotten better but I still have a big hump that now has a dark red place where he stepped on it. Should I have it looked at again or is it just healing.
