I Had A Hot Face No Fever And Diahrrea Yesterday.

I had a hot face no fever and diahrrea yesterday. Then this owning diahrrea continues. Also a pain in my lower right abdomin when I use the muscle no pain other then at that time put sensitive. My face is not hot today. I hae a mild headache today. I do have a fear of getting cancer. My rational mind thinks it is most likely a flu. I do usually have IBSC.
