I Had A Huge Mass In 2012 In My Right

I had a huge mass in 2012 in my right ovary. They removed it and the fallopian tube. In the center was a very small amount of cancer. In 2013 they done a total hysterectomy and proxie my left ovary. I haven't been back since to an OBGYN. For about a month and also off and on I have been noticing blood in my urine and when I wipe. I have also gained about 30 pounds. Should I be concerned?
