I Had A Huge Pimple And Popped It On My

I had a huge pimple and popped it on my chin. Over night I put toothpaste on it and it stung, I kept it on. Woke up and my chin was burnt like a just scraped my chin on the ground. I placed a bandaid on it and now there's white stuff on it that could be pus? What should I do
