I Had A Hysterectomy A Week Ago Through Belly. I'm

I had a hysterectomy a week ago through belly. I'm healing ok except for pain in my buttock and the feeling of pressures as if having to have a bm. I've been having abm once a day with the help of stool softener. After I eat by the end of the day the pain in my buttocks behind and pressures starts. Is this normal?
