I Had A Hysterectomy About Six Years Ago Because Of

I had a hysterectomy about six years ago because of a tumor before that i had several surgerys to drain cysts that led to the dr. Removing my tubes and overies . Ive had a small level of pain since. Recently the pain has increased, i went into an urgent care clinic and they tested me for STD's which were negitive.but she said she could see dark spots on my cervix. What does that mean?
