I Had A Hysterectomy In January Due To A Complex

I had a hysterectomy in January due to a complex septated cyst on my right ovary. The oncologist who did my surgery took my tubes, uterus, and cervix but left the ovaries. He said once he opened me up the ovary looked ok and the cyst was gone so he didn't remove it. Then a month after my surgery I was having severe back pain and my rheumatologist had a few MRI's ran and they found another complex cyst only this time it is on my left ovary. My gyno followed it up with a transvaginal ultrasound two and a half months after the MRI and it still showed a 4.4cm cyst with a 2.3cm cyst inside of it with septae and leakage. They referred me to another oncologist who I see in 3 wks. I'm just concerned because I don't know what the cyst inside the cyst means. Also, that it's leaking. Having just gone through this a few months back I'm a little nervous that I'm right back here again.
