I Had A Hysterectomy In May And Since Then I

I had a hysterectomy in May and since then I am having problems with severe bladder leakage. I am 45 years old and don't realize I have urinated on myself until my clothes are wet. Could this be due to a hole in my bladder because my doctor had to repair a hole during hysterectomy.
