I Had A Hysterectomy Laproscopically On Dec 9th!! I Didn't

I had a hysterectomy laproscopically on dec 9th!! I didn't bleed at all or have much pain. Now over a week post op I've started having vaginal bleeding and have a medium size knot below my belly button that is sore to touch! Could this be a hernia or scar tissue? Should I call my surgeon on the weekend for this?
