I Had A Hysterectomy Last Year And Have Had Increased

I had a hysterectomy last year and have had increased lower right back side pain and my right side below my rib cage and above my pelvis hurts. Hard to sleep on either side. If I bend over or squat down I get sharp pains in my sides and back when coming back up. My ovaries were left. I was told they were in good condition. I haven't been sick and am unsure what these pains I have been experiencing could be. Any ideas?
