I Had A Hysterectomy. My Bladder Was Cut, I Pee

I had a hysterectomy. my bladder was cut, I pee 24/7.I am wondering what part the cilitoris plays in a female urinating? I am trying to figure where the urine is now coming? from the vaginal or the cilitoris. I suffer with itching. which I think it is the pads. this is canada doctors do not want to explain anything??
