I Had A Hysterectomy When I Was 47, Almost 20

I had a hysterectomy when I was 47, almost 20 years ago. Now I have back pains and I have, I guesll s you would call it discharge, a dark something in my underwear all the time. I had breast cancer in 2001, with chemo and radiation (twice a day every day for 5 or 6 weeks, I don't remember). Since then I have had multiple problems with multiple pills, all day. Can you tell me if I have some problem now?
