I Had A Hysteroscopic Myomectomy And Ablation A Month Ago.

I had a hysteroscopic myomectomy and ablation a month ago. I had the procedure because of heavy bleeding even while on birth control pills. 4 fibroids were found and sliced to decrease in size but not removed completely due to their location in the lining wall. I have just started my period this month and it is once again heavy, but so far this is only day two of my cycle. I am wondering if this means the fibroids are still causing a problem? I was hoping the procedure was to lessen the bleeding, but that doesn't seem to have happened yet.
