I Had A Hysteroscopy Where A Septum Was Removed From

I had a hysteroscopy where a septum was removed from my uterus 12 days ago, after the procedure i bleeded for about 9 days. I see some bleeding after having intercourse with my husband. kindly tell the reasons. I suffered three miscarriages in the early trimester and planning for my next pregnancy.
