I Had A Inj Of 500 Mg In 10/24/2017 It

I had a inj of 500 mg in 10/24/2017 it was amikacin I have had a lot of low back pain where they gave the shot in hip area and right now I am ready to go to er I can't take this pain another day I have tried all patches and liquid rubs also the Dr put me on Gabapentin 100 mg at bedtime.it does not help what can I do???
