I Had A Ischemic Stroke A Year Ago. Since, I

I had a ischemic stroke a year ago. Since, I have tried 3 different meds to prevent another stroke. Aggrenox, eliquis, and xarelto. Is one of this better than the others? I am on xarelto at present, but it affects my muscles so much. What would happen if I went back to one of the others, or if I just quit taking the Carleton for awhile to see if it is really hurting my muscles?
