I Had A Iui About 10 Days Ago, And Today

I had a iui about 10 days ago, and today I'm feeling a pinching feeling in my left abdomen. I wouldn't call it a pain it doesn't hurt at all. It doesn't last long, but I'm getting scared. I never felt this before. Could it be a cyst forming? It's been happening on and off all day. im just afraid something happen during the iui.
