I Had A Kidney MRI Done. I Had To Fast,

I had a kidney MRI done. I had to fast, drink a dye liquid &injected with dye. I thought I had kidney stones. Pain n left lower back sometimes radiates to front. Nausea, dry heaves, sweating no fever. My doc is out of town nurse told me my results indicted mild fullness in both kidneys. Mild fullness of kidney collected. Bile duct good. Bile duct to liver mildly open and pancreas borderline. Bladder good. She said when the doctor gets back they will probably so more tests. I don't understand does that mean kidney stones or something else? I've been complaining 3 yrs of this pain. Told it was a pulled muscle. I knew it wasnt. Just lately more frequent and debilitating. I was told to go to E/R if really bad. Am I in danger if I don't go? Thank you.
