I Had A Kidney Stent Put In 3 Days Ago

I had a kidney stent put in 3 days ago due to a 9mm stone .the Dr blasted just that stone even though I have 23 , because at the moment it was the only one blocking and I am currently on blood thinners. Since surgery. I feel like I have a tampon in that is causing severe irritation( very painful to sit or walk in vaginal area) My left side , where the stone was feels like a giganic bruise at times making it almost unbearable to walk. Is this normal ?
