I Had A Knee Replacement About 3 Years Ago,my Other

I had a knee replacement about 3 years ago,my other knee is bone on bone and need to have another replacement on that one. My question is lately the back of my heel on my replaced heel is killing me could this be due to the fact I am putting all my weight on my good knee?
