I Had A Knee Replacement About 7 Years Ago I

I had a knee replacement about 7 years ago I came home from hopital and it swelled up and turned blue. Went to my GP and he treated for infection. It has been painful ever since. I cannot sleep in a bed. I sleep in a very large recliner chair. This morning I had a lot of trouble standing and the knee was quite badly swollen. I have sat all day in my chair , put ice packs on it as well as Voltaren. It feels like something has come loose and I am at a loos and suffering intense pain.
