I Had A Laminectomy And Microdiscectomy Almost 3 Months Ago

I had a laminectomy and microdiscectomy almost 3 months ago (area L5 and S1) for a sciatic issue. All seemed to go well but within the last week I have developed a deep pain in both pone areas of my hips. Can this be an after effect? I also have spondelolisthesis in two lower disks in my back. It’s quite painful (in the pone area) but something I didn’t have until just recently. OTC meds don’t touch the pain. Is this all related to me recent surgery or sound like something untelated? I’m not overweight. Thx.
