I Had A Laminectomy On L5/S4 Back In 1981with That

I had a laminectomy on L5/S4 back in 1981with that surgery I contacted an infection in the spine .This caused me to two more surgery one on back and one through the front. And now I have been in a lot of pain in the lower back and rt front chin area and ln left groin. I have gone thur physical therapy-lumbar medial branch block-Lumbar facet injection all .I have had an mri with results showing some bulging iwant do you think
