I Had A Laparoscopic Bilateral Salpingectomy In March 2017 And

I had a laparoscopic bilateral salpingectomy in march 2017 and my periods have been mostly regular except a few month ago i went 60 days without one and now my last period ended April 1st and it already started again today on april 12th just 9 days later...why is this happening?
