I Had A Laparoscopy This Morning And Now The Skin

I had a laparoscopy this morning and now the skin inside the lips of my vagina is burning and peeling off. It turned a white color as if it's been burned. I'm assuming it is an allergic reaction to whatever lubrication they used, but how do I take care of this? It burns so bad, even after taking the pain killers they have me for the surgery.
