I Had A Large Blood Clot Behind My Left Knee

I had a large blood clot behind my left knee and stayed in the hospital for three days. Now my right knee is very painful behind it and real tender too touch also very painful. Does this mean I might have another clot and I take Coumadin every evening before bed
