I Had A Large Cooler Fall From Top Of A

I had a large cooler fall from top of a cabinet and the corner hit my head. A large lump came out and I applied ice on it. I haven't had any issues with blurry vision, headache, nausea, eye dilation... nothing but I have noticed now I have a dent. if it is a fracture would they even do anything if no symptoms are caused?
